Dr. Reduan Bin Mat Dan is a certified Machinery and Lubricant Analyst (MLA) Level III from the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML). In addition, he is also a MIBoC certified vibration analyst CAT II and also a Chartered Engineer under IMechE, UK. He graduated in Petroleum engineering in 1994 from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, USA. Upon graduation, he joined MOX bhd. as a production engineer in a welding electrode manufacturing plant. After 3 years in his first job, he joined Power Cables Malaysia (PCM) as a process engineer in aluminium continuous casting and rolling plant. His last position in PCM was as head of the department of PILC division as process owner overseeing a large part of the manufacturing process. In 2004, he decided to further study in the area of MSc. in Maintenance Engineering and Asset Management at The University of Manchester, UK where he graduated with distinction in 2005.
He joined the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) in 2006 as a lecturer and continued his stay in the UK to read for his Ph.D. He received his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering specifically in wear debris and oil analysis. His current research interest continues to be dominated by wear debris and oil analysis with a special focus on predicting the life of gears. He is now a senior lecturer and the head of the department of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, UTeM. He was also greatly involved in a few consultation jobs on vibration monitoring at various oil and gas, and power plant companies. In continuing his passion for wear debris and oil analysis, he is now actively involved in conducting training on the subject for the students in the university and for the engineers and technicians in the industry.
Assoc. Prof. Ir. Dr. Mohd Azman Bin Abdullah is a Chartered Engineer of the Engineering Council, UK under the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). He is also a Professional Engineer registered under the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and a member of the International Association of Engineers (IAENG). He graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 2002 from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia. Upon graduation, he joined Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering (MMHE) previously known as Malaysia Shipyard Engineering (MSE) as a Technical Executive for the Machinery Department of Ship Repair. In 2004, he joined Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) previously known as Kolej Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka as a tutor under the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. He furthered his study at the Master's Level and graduated with MSc. Automotive and Motorsport Engineering, in 2005, at Brunel University, United Kingdom.
He became a lecturer at UTeM and taught several courses such as Vehicle Dynamics, Vehicle Control Systems, and Green Vehicle Technology. Until 2007, he was actively involved in several types of research on vehicle design and analyses, semi-active suspension systems, and the development of active dampers for automotive applications. In 2007, he continued his study at the Ph.D. level at the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. At this university, several courses regarding tribology were taken such as railway maintenance, advanced tribology, and frontier mechanical systems. His thesis was related to railway dynamics and control systems. Upon graduation in 2011, he became a senior lecturer at UTeM. After being promoted as Associate Professor in 2017, he performed industrial attachment at ERL Maintenance and Support Sdn. Bhd. and improved his knowledge in railway maintenance and tribology, wheel wear, transformer oil analyses, brake disks, brake pad analyses, and gearbox maintenance.
Ir. Dr. Raja Ishak Bin Raja Hamzah received his Ph.D. (Machine Condition Monitoring) and Master's (Design of Rotating Machines) from Cranfield University, UK, and BSc (Mechanical Engineering) from The University of Arizona, USA. He has vast experience in the industries (Manufacturing and Oil & Gas) as well as in academics. He started his career at Epson Precision Johor as Production Engineer (1998-2003). His last academic position was Associate Professor at University Teknologi Malaysia (2003-2015) and King Abdulaziz University, KSA (2015-2017). He joined the industries as Senior CBM Specialist at Petronas Carigali Sarawak (2017-2018) and Petronas Carigali Iraq Holding BV (2019-present). He is currently a Chartered Engineer certified by the UK Engineering Council (Registration No.: 647688), a Professional Engineer of the Board of Engineer Malaysia (Registration No.: PE18736), a Member of the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (Membership No.: 010040), a Vibration Analyst category III ASNT Level III certified by Mobius Institute and ICML MLA II certified.
Ir. Ts. Khairil Safuandy Bin Md Salleh, ACPE has more than 16 year’s professional experience in predictive maintenance service related to plant vibration, thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasound condition monitoring database setup, evaluation, and diagnostic. He has experience performing in-situ/shop dynamic balancing and project installation of a variety of vibration products. He also provided training and consultation service power generation in Malaysia.
Khairil Safuandy is a certified Vibration Analyst ISO Cat. IV ASNT Level 4 – MOBIUS Institute, AUS Vibration Analyst Cat. III – Vibration Institute, USA Thermography Level 1 – ITC, Machine Lubricant Analyst ICML MLA III and Level 1 Airborne and Structure Borne – SDT.

En. Muhammd Farhan Bin Norazman is a Certified Infrared Thermography Level III from Infraspection Institute,USA. In addition, he is also a Level 1 Airborne Ultrasound by UE System. He graduated in Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Electrical in 2013. Condition Monitoring Specialist with over 10 years of expertise he is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in predictive maintenance services, specializing as a demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various sector.
Hands-on experience in following condition monitoring technique as shortwave & longwave infrared Thermography Inspection, Corona Detection in hv Installation s, Partial Discharge - Ultrasound, TEV & HFCT Sensors for Switchgear & Transformers, Transformer Oil, Dissolved Gas Analysis & Gas Leak.
His last position is in drone compony that was as head department of subject matter expert for inspection department. The project that involves was inspecting Solar Module from roof to solar plant both global and domestic using drone technology.
